"My story as a knife-maker started when I got passionate aboute blades at the age of 7 years old. I grew-up with this passion for knives from different brands and I decided to draw and make my own knives.
I started my professional training under the supervision of a great traditional Corsican knife-maker, M. Christian Moretti then jumped into modern cutlery with training from François Bignon. My custom knives begin their existence in my mind then drawn on paper before being made in my workshop.
It really is important for me to build every parts of my custom knives in order to master every important steps.
Today, thanks to all the people who share this passion, being able to live and work for my passion as a knife-maker makes me feel so lucky".
