This medium sized knife pays homage to the explorer Roald Amundsen who was the first man to reach the South Pole.
It is said of him that he was above all a pragmatic man and that each piece of equipment on board for his expeditions was chosen for its function and its quality of manufacture.
TRC took inspiration from Amundsen's pragmatism to create this knife. Its design and size places it in the category of knives that will come in handy in almost any situation. Its size, neither too big nor too small, allows it to perform the most essential tasks on an expedition or, more simply, during your hike or on camp.
Elmax steel has more than remarkable qualities. It gives the knife a formidable and long-lasting edge. Since the Elmax is stainless, you won't have to worry about your knife rusting. Usual maintenance will suffice.
The South Pole handle is textured micarta and further improve the grip.
TRC covers its knives with a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defect.
