The Speed Demon - Démon de la Vitesse in French, is a small knife made by TRC Knives in Lithuania and which leaves no one indifferent. First, there is its line: it is thin, streamlined and racy like a racing car. It is also the source of inspiration for this knife which pays tribute to the famous american driver Franck Lockhart who won many car racing titles in the 1920s and lost his life in 1928 while trying to beat the speed record at Daytona Beach at more than 350 km/h (220mph).
This period of inter-war at the beginning of the 20th century was of great effervescence in the automotive and industrial world. The engineers were looking for more and more performance while the pilots for more and more speed. The form and aesthetics also took an increasingly important place: a beautiful object and exceptional performance.
This is what this little Speed Demon translates. The ELMAX stainless steel used guarantees an evil and durable edge insensitive to humidity while its very clean line gives it both an ultra modern look for use in EDC (Every Day Carry) and a featherweight to forget it during transport: 70 gr.
TRC Knives is a young Lithuanian company which was founded in 2010 which is positioned on a high-end production and know-how which is worth the detour!
The Speed Demon is backed by a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defect.
