Multitool blades are sometimes difficult to grip, or even impossible to deploy if you're wearing gloves. These sturdy ABS thumb buttons, perfectly smooth and shiny, just like LEGO, are designed to facilitate opening.
Installation is as simple as applying force and a drop of cyanolite (super glue)!
There may be a slight adjustment to be made depending on the color, as they don't all react the same way when smoothed.
In any case, it's a simple operation that any child can do.
Want to remove them?
The manly solution of pushing the button with a screwdriver works wonderfully.
Scrape off the remaining glue and clean the residue with acetone on a cotton swab, and you can put it back on whenever you like or change to another color!
